CHAPTER ONE
A table.
Tribe & Co began as Table Tribe: a board game community in Ahmedabad, a shelf of games and a host who taught every table the rules. People came for the games and came back for each other.
Our story
Where the tablebecame a tribe.
Three chapters so far, all built on one idea: the easiest way to meet your people is to do something you love next to them.
CHAPTER TWO
A collective.
The tables kept multiplying. Pickleball nights, trivia leagues, poetry circles, karaoke, pottery. Board games became one tribe among many, and the community became a cultural collective.
CHAPTER THREE
A mission.
Now we also build tribes for venues, brands, companies and campuses, and throw the odd legendary birthday. The goal has not changed: rebuild club culture in India, offline, around shared interests.
The honest bit
Four things we won't do.
Each one protects the people we work with. Hold us to all four.

The community has to outlast our time with you, so it carries your name, not ours.
✕ Hand over a kit and leave.
A kit does not run a room. A host does, and ours stay on the floor for the whole session.
✕ Pull a format off the shelf and rename it.
Adapting a format to your group and your space is the actual work, and we never skip it.
✕ Quote a number we can't source.
Estimates are labelled as estimates, and a figure that is only our own count says so.
What we believe
A community is not an event. It is a room noticing when you don't turn up, and being glad when you do.
