How to join
Every date goes up on Instagram at @tribeandco a week ahead, so there is time to plan around it.
Register from the link in the post. Some nights are free, flagships are ticketed.
The host has the first-timer list an hour before doors, walks you in and introduces you to two people.
How people grow in a tribe
Nobody hands out badges at the door. But every regular you meet has cleared the same five levels, usually without noticing. Tap through them.
Your quest: Show up once.
Pick a night, walk in, and say yes to the first game. That is the whole quest.
Your quest: Come back three weeks in a row.
Somewhere around week three it stops being an event and starts being your night.
Your quest: Learn a game well enough to teach it.
The next newcomer sits down looking lost, and you are the one who deals them in.
Your quest: Bring a friend. Pitch a format.
The tribe starts growing because of you, and the calendar has your fingerprints on it.
Your quest: Run the room.
Final level. The tribe gathers because you called it.
Level one starts with a single night out. Instagram is where every club night and flagship goes up first.
